How many nights are reserved for the EMEA Kick-Off (on expenses of the Menicon offices)?
Two hotel nights are covered:
March 18 - 19
March 19 - 20
Additional nights
Any other nights are on request, subject to availability and at your own expense. In case you would like to extend your stay at hotel Le Méridien Istanbul Etiler, you can book directly via their website or via e-mail.
Is transportation from/to the airport in Istanbul included?
Transportation from Istanbul airport to the hotel is provided to participants arriving Tuesday, March 18 and departing Thursday, March 20 and March 21. If you arrive/depart before and/or after these dates transfers will be on your own.
I will not be using the airport transfer and will be travelling to the hotel on my own. What is the hotel address?

One week prior to the event you will receive a download link to an Event App. In this app you will find all detailed information and a timeline for the EMEA & USA Kick-Off.
Is it possible to bring my spouse?
The EMEA & USA Kick-Off event is exclusively for Menicon colleagues. However, you are welcome to have your spouse join before or after the Kick-Off on your own responsibility and expenses.
